I need someone to create categories list and top sites for a Directory

I need someone to create categories list and top sites for a Directory ,
i will give you the main categories and you will have to come out with many sub categories you can for each main category and list of many sites for the sub category ,

example for main category is

Business
Entertainment

the directory is for people from the us so i would prefer you will be from the us , internet savvy and knows what people likes , the sites needs to be in order of popularity , for example
in videos - youtube will be the first etc .

i need this asap - so i need someone who can start working on this now
