Seeking developers for hot, generic keyword domains

I am willing to pay website developers generously to create small to medium-sized sites out of several domains I plan to sell within the next year:

- VeggieFood.com (expected sale price: $2000)
- AutomatedNews.com (expected sale price: $750)
- ConfessionCorner.com (expected sale price: $500)
- LazyProgrammer.com (expected sale price: $500)
- NutritionGurus.com (expected sale price: $500)
- VirtualArtwork.com (expected sale price: $350)
- averager.com (expected sale price: $300)

- Panama-Realty.com (expected sale price: $750)
- True-News.com (expected sale price: $750)

- cussing.net (expected sale price: $750)
- LoveScene.net (expected sale price: $750)
- ListenToRadio.net (expected sale price: $750)
- CheapMusicDownloads.net (expected sale price: $500)

- broker.me (expected sale price: $1000)
- ComputerGeek.me (expected sale price: $500)
- banned.me [ebay.banned.me, facebook.banned.me, etc.] (expected sale price: $350)

I will distribute funds as follows:
- 20% of expected sales price up-front PLUS
- 30% of actual sales price in the event of a sale PLUS
- 50% of ad-click revenue

This essentially means that if you do a good job, you'll ultimately receive more than half of the expected sales prices on each of the domains I've listed above. I work actively to sell all my names, especially the developed ones.

I pay copious dollars for high-quality work, or pay nothing at all.

Payment is contingent upon final sale price. You may choose to receive either:
* 20% of expected sale price up-front + 30% of actual sale price + 50% ad-click revenue (as explained above), OR
* 10% of expected sale price up-front + 45% of actual sale price + 75% ad-click revenue

I exercise a domain acquisition strategy that results in me selling roughly 50% of my domains within three months after capturing them.
