seeking a developer

Hi,InterVolt Development is consisted of me(sales) and a buddy of mine(designer) and 2 temporary programmers.We have been developing sites together on and off for the past couple of years. Due to so much work they have been unable to handle any more clients.

I am looking for two more developers that are reliable(most important), English speaking and can work in a team environment. If you would like to know more, please send me a pm and we can discuss this a bit more.
