Ok guys, you must have seen my sedo bashing posts recently but this time i have a surprise.
After 4 months i moved all my names to Fabulous i started to receive couple of emails from sedo's parking coordinator suggesting me to park them with sedo. Of course i ignored them all as part of the junk mail but few days ago i received another email which really had me to reply.
This guy Jakob Knightly <[email protected]> has given me clear insight about sedo's office situation and the process they're going through. I need to admit that he manage to convince me to try out some of my names on sedo's optimised parked page (allegedly to give better payout).
After couple of emails we had greater understanding about their commitments to serve the best to our community. He also had apologised on behalf of sedo for my failed featured listing. He assured me such shameful incident will never occur again.
Of course all the assurances he had given to me seem to be very promising words from a sales rep but their actions are yet to be seen.
I've listed one of my name back on sedo's featured listing, so fingers crossed if the name been sold then i'll able to judge their services dubbed to be "Better"
Here is i copied some of his words from his last email.

First of all, I would say that we are always making steps to improve service. I do think that there had been some problems in the past with service, but I also would say that some of that is attributed to the fact that, with the rapid growth of the industry, we may have been understaffed to handle each challenge as efficiently as we might now. New companies may not experience this problem as industry growth has leveled off a bit more in the last year or so.
However, I am not here to make excuses and we are happy to provide you with the best service possible now. I will say that, because I am very oriented around parking, I was very concerned about the problems many have experienced in the past. As I see them, they are as follows:
1) Poor parking revenue: Every company does well with different types of traffic. However, we are nonetheless confident that we have been able to pay out our clients fairly overall, as we are one of the larger companies in the industry, which translates to a good relationship with our advertising provider. That being said, if a client was not receiving the revenue per click that he/she felt he deserved, it would be great if they could simply contact a representative here at Sedo. We are happy to take a look and make sure that your earnings are correct and that there is no sort of technical bug or anything similar that might be limiting them.
2) Stats are incorrect. We have hear cases of this, but I believe that this is more a problem with reporting communication than the actual numbers being incorrect. We are actually quite confident in the numbers themselves, however, we can always work on ways of reporting them so that they are more clear. This is one of the aims of SedoPro, which provides clients with more comprehensive statistics (and more of them).
3) Landing pages not aesthetically pleasing. Yes, this is one area that we have really been working on improving as well. In fact, another aspect of SedoPro is that clients can choose amongst five different landing pages, even on a per domain basis. Clients also have the opportunity to have control over various design aspects in terms of the elements on their pages. We have been very pleased with the beta testing for this so far.
