Sedo's customer service ph#??

I listed several names on sedo's website last Wed (4 days ago!) and they are STILL showing up in RED on my "Domain Management" page as "We are currently verifying the following domains".

How long does this typically take?? Four days seems like a LONG time to me to be able to put the names in front of people. I'm starting to think I might have done something wrong when I listed them and that's why they still aren't showing up as domains that are "For Sale". I sent an email to the support team 2 days ago and haven't received a response yet. I searched for their ph# but couldn't find one. I just want to ask them to check my acct to make sure I listed the domains correctly. Anyone have a ph# for their support team?

It usually takes few hours during the working days.

Nothing wrong there. Many of my names during January took 5-6 days to get verified. I don't know the reason. But you will be accepted soon if those

- Domains are yours.

- Doesnt infringe trademarks, etc.

I've had 3 domains waiting close to two weeks now. Sent them an email last week and as usual, no reply. Always a disappointment with sedo one way or the other.

I guess I'm too impatient. Sedo takes too long! Is Afternic any faster? What sites do you all recommend for high exposure and fast posting?

i noticed if i change my nameservers to sedo to park the name- the name is accepted immediatly- then you can always point it elsewhere

Me too. It usually take 24 hours or less. Now it's more than 3 days.

They're probably experiencing a huge amount of demand and are unable to cope.

With David @ NameMedia having responded above though, you might want to take them up on that as well.

They dont make their contact email very accessible at all on their website. There is simply no contact link on the front page, that's terrible service.
I also have over 30 domains in red waiting approval for over a week now.
I found their contact email on their Privacy page of all places. No reply though 4 days later.
I'll be moving all my domains out of there as I am not at all happy with the level of service provided at Sedo.

The downside with Afternic is the 19.95$ a year full membership fees. What i could only afford is their 1$ membership at the moment lol! I signed up on that 1$ membership last week.

I hope they will have a promo or even permanently decrease their rates.
