Hi, for some reason Sedo hasn't gotten back to my email about adjusting the price for more than $10,000. I would like to know if these prices (set by me) are non-binding? would I be able to increase my price during negotiation?

Yes you can increase during negotiation if you set it make an offer*.

Hi, so if I set it to "make offer" and the price is $10,000, can I increase to say $19,000?

You can counter offer more than 10K (ie person offers $60 like most lowballers there, and you counter with $50K). But you cannot set the buy now or make offer price to more than 10K without a Sedo appraisal.
