What is the best platform to sell domain name ? (Cheapest fee). Is it sedo or godaddy or something else ?

True, but here on NP there is a MUCH smaller chance of selling to end user. So you save in closing costs but you may lose in selling price and you may lose big, to the point where paying a 20% fee may have been better. Nothing against NP, of course.
