GoDaddy Domain Auction Fees

Can anybody clarify how GoDaddy takes commission for domains sold on their platform ( Auction GoDaddy ) ?

The 15 usd fee is applicable for all domains or only for the domains using different name server of GoDaddy?
Does GoDaddy take 15%-25% commission plus 15 usd fee at the same time?

Let's say I sold a domain name registered at GoDaddy, using Afternic name server for the landing page, with price 25 usd, how much will GoDaddy take from the sale price?
