Sedo help - Urgent!

Anyone working at Sedo?
Or anyone know someone who work at Sedo?

My company purchased the domain name, iOpenHouse[dot]com for low $XXXX.
And according to my Managing Director, he already paid for the domain name.

But until now (more than 1 month), there's no news or whatsoever. And Sedo didn't once get back to him.

Can anyone in here help? We need to know what is going on.

PS. I've never used Sedo to purchase domains before. So, I will need some guidance.

what annoys me about Sedo is their lack of live customer support. aren't they the largest open market for domains?

their customer support features some pretty girl wearing a headset, yet they only offer support via e-mail lol

I like SEDO but they need better support and better ways to enforce their rules. Some buyers never even complete the process. Sellers, too

I really hope Sedo will take a small amount of deposit from each buyer to enhance the rules

They have a phone number you can call, and they are usually very helpful when you do so. I think there was only one time I called out of probably 30-40 times where my problem wasn't solved immediately while I was still on the phone. Of course it would be better to not have problems in the first place.

I found this out the hard way. I have a recently closed auction there... let's hope for the best
