Sedo front page listing any good? What's your story?

I am thinking of placing a domain on Sedo by using the front page listing feature of $39.

Since there are many people using this feature how can they deliver the listing time that they are supposed to deliver?
I hear stories about some people only getting their domain listed for 1 hour and nothing more even though they advertise with approx 24 hours!

What's your experience?

Let's just say I paid for a listing on the 23rd and still have nothing to show for it. I have finally made a paypal complaint and hopefully will get my money back.

I have bad experience with featured listing, although i was in my first days of domaining and ive listed a very bad (and TM'ed) domain, BUT: i had to call them, because i didnt see my domain up at the featured list column, then they realised they put it on .co.uk, but they fixed it quite quickly and listed it on .com as well.

For $39 I think it is a very good deal, only if your domain has potential (eg. star.com vs. starnetwork.com). The way I see it is that the name has to grab the visitor's attention at first sight.

Concerning Sedo

It took about 3-4 weeks to get listed.

It gets listed for 30 days, but in reality you stop getting views after a week because its buried somewhere at the bottom of featured listings.

It wasn't a good domain (dunno what i was thinking) and it got 239 views.
