But i Don't want to sell this domain wright now. I know its my big mistake.

If you have sold domain anywhere with binding ...honor the sale ... buyers are not clowns bidding or buying your name.

Explain why it can't be sold? Do you not own it yet?

Sedo can take action against you for their commission, they might not care if the buyer gets the domain but they are getting their commission.

why did you list it for sale in the first place? Why the sudden change of heart?
Sounds like you have had second thoughts on the price and think it is to low......maybe?
Always honour you commitments - I have had regrets about selling to low, but got over it and learnt from it.

Tell your friend its already sold. You'll be better off arguing with your friend than incurring the wrath of Sedo if you want to continue doing business with them.
