Sedo domain auction error

I have an error with a domain I have currently on auction at Sedo. I am posting the error here, not because I expect that they will be able to fix it any quicker, but because it may be affecting other people's auctions. I was having trouble finding my auction on the Sedo auction page, found here https://sedo.com/search/searchresult.php4?tracked=&partnerid=&language=us&listing_type=auctions_only

I discovered that the reason I was having trouble finding it, was because the small graph to the left of each domain name, that is supposed to represent the traffic, is not there. It would be full if it were present. When you click on the domain, it says over 33,000 visitors, but the graph is just gone. Also, the domain is abbreviated with barely over the first word, then (...). This all makes my domain impossible to find, and certainly harder to notice the traffic. Sedo has replied to let me know that they are working on it, but the domain ends in less than 2 days. Anyone with a domain for auction on Sedo with traffic should check to make sure that the graph is appearing for there name.

I have an update on the Sedo Auction Error. They finally got the graph to show up, but in doing so, erased the 33,000+ unique visitors that the site had. Now when you click on the listing, it says 0 visitors, which is ridiculous. The little graph that wasn't there before says 6 visitors, which is less than it gets per hour.

So, anyone with a domain on auction at Sedo, make sure it has the little graph next to the name, and also make sure that the listing is showing its traffic.

hmm, thanks for pointing that out! the graph is missing on my auction for changeloans as well, but clicking on the name still gives the number of visitors, but not uniques.... not near as messed-up as your auction though, sorry to hear about it and good luck!! SP

Monica just fixed everything. She did a very good job keeping up with the issue. Now the graph and traffic are both showing up. There is only 1 day left, but that is better than nothing.

You should contact them immediately, because it is a problem that they can fix.

Now let's see if they will extend my auction :hehe:
