Sedo delays

It appears a lot of people are experiencing delays from Sedo reps to complete sales at Sedo,
this email i received may be why, i thought i would let you all know,although it would have been nice if Sedo would have informed everyone themselves.

"Due to building closures following a local fire, Sedo's North American office has been temporarily closed for the week of December 11th. Basic operations will continue during this period as essential support staff will be availablevia email. Please note that there may be delays in response time during this period of time. Site access and functionality has not been affected and will continue to be maintained"

Seems like the building is owned by MIT that was damaged in the fire. Sedo runs out of that building and contacted everyone saying that things were taking longer than usual.

Their other locations are doing well from what I hear (the lack of complaining) with handling the additional work load from the Boston location during this holiday season.
