Trying to understand how flexible is sedo when it comes to its commission, will they be able to provide a discount on their commission if the domain name is sold at around $10k?

Why not just sell it via Escrow/Payoneer and put the commission in your pocket?

I don't believe they do. For a much higher price (6 Figs), they might be willing to discuss.
