Sedo buy now with enter your best offer

I'm little confuse about sedo buy now with enter your best offer option i just received a offer on my domain with listed at sedo on buy now or enter your best offer but i'm unable to counter offer can any one tell me how can i send counter offer?

Please open Offers Received Tab and Just modify your BIN price. It will send your new price to the buyer.

I have only two option:
1. Sell your domain
2. Change your bin
So you mean i will change bin price and buyer get counter offer?
