Hi There,

Last Friday morning there was an electrical fire in the basement of the building where our Boston office is located (caused by a transformer). Thankfully everyone at Sedo is well. Our technical infrastructure is in Cologne and was not affected.

While the building is being prepared for reopening many will be working from home. Please understand response times may be slower than usual as we try to catch up and adjust to our temporary work environments. We are coordinating with the Cologne team for support; however customer support emails will be delayed, if there is anything urgent please get in touch with me directly - via email or PM.
