SEDO - Auction Search

Hi Guys

Wonder if you could help me ?
Against my better judgement, I put a domain name up for sale via Direct Auction at Sedo.com

Long story short is :
1) Auction page says 444 hits to date.
2) I can only find my auction listing 'searchengine.io' with an exact match search.

I cannot see how i have gotten 444 hits, when i cannot even find my auction listing myself!

I have even tried a blank search to show the current running auctions.
It says 97 results but it actually only shows 14 results by relevance.
When i search by time remaining (descending) it says 106 results by only shows 19 !

Please could you try searching for my auction listing and post your results ?

Many Thanks
OOH OOH AAH AAH EEE EEE

@Sedo really doesn't care about you or your business. They are worthless in my opinion. Just a company that used to be relevant who has been doing the same thing for a decade. Terrible customer support and a horrible vetting process. I bought a domain within 24-hours of it being listed and they claimed that the owner no longer owned it. I paid my money, I want my domain, no excuses. It's a joke to say that they're a business. They exemplify why the industry awards are the biggest joke out there.

Thanks for your thoughts. I couldnt agree With you more.
Their recent website revamp spoke volumes about how shambolic they are, and I went against my better judgement by running the auction i did.

Sedo finally refunded my auction fee yesterday.
However, they did not have the decency to email me themselves......

Ok. Sedo finally did email me several hours after i made my previous post. Thought i had better state that for the record.

I was told, "All our Support Agents are dedicated to offering the highest quality services to help customers make the most of their domains." - Not sure that many people would agree with that statement ?

Anyway, if that statement was not hilarious enough in itself, i then sent a brief reply, but my email bounced back , with the error message :

"The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."

Well that just maybe explains why they take 4-5+ business days to reply to emails, if at all !
pmsl @Sedo
