SEDO and no logical answer !!

From time to time sedo keeps deleting names without logical reasons and no notification emails !!
I contacted them regarding a domain was deleted recently to uderstand why ?? and whats the issue ??!!
and asked to explain .

The reply came after one day as below , stating that there is a complaint regarding the domain !!
No explanation which type of complaint and the reason of it !!!?

Also they requested me to send some filtered screenshots from registrar and informaions !!

Why all this complications !!! ?? i believe nothing wrong with the domain and they just dont want to say it was by mistake or system error or staff stupidity !!

Note : domain was bought from gd closeout and registred at godaddy .

Recently one of my EXISTENT domains was also abnormally removed and without any email notification.
You show such deletions only when logged in.
