Established Scrole.com Arcade, 45-60 uniques/day

I'm currently putting my arcade website scrole.com up for sale. In the past month, its popularity has jumped tremendously, going from about 25 uniques per day to upwards of 55. The site is currently listed for sale at Sedo, and has received 125+ views of offer since I listed it on January 28th. There is also SedoTracker active on the site.

Scrole.com is very popular among our high school's network; many students play the games during study halls and free time when computers are available, and most of those students play at home, too.

There are 91 games in the arcade right now, and I regularly add ones that I find fun or addicting, or that are requested to be added.

I personally cannot take credit for the script or the games listed on the site, but they were made for ibproarcade and have the author's permission to be converted. I maintain and promote the site, which has been very successful so far.

I see a lot of potential in Scrole based on its growth in the past month and a half. I don't want to sell the site at this stage in development, but I urgently need the money.
