I wish to sell scriptshere.net.

It runs on cubecart which is an excellent open source script with an easy to use admin panel.

I have done little work on it by submitting it to several directories and posting in blog with PR5. The site has no PR and very low traffic, but extremely high potential

You will get a copy of the scripts located here which you have resell rights to. (I sold $150 worth of scripts just on DP)

The reason for sale is that I have no time for it and that it expires within 30 days.

It already has a PR5 link which means its predicted at least PR3

I will also give you a PR4 sitewide link from a website and also a PR2 link both on different URL's. And if you wish I can write a review about it on an .edu blog (unfortunately its adison)

OK firstly sorry for the error on the text. I eddited it.

I was going to download it and install it for the winning buyer. So I don't think think I need written consent for that.

Regarding the sale of the item I am not going to sell it again apart from that page.

So, this is null and void? Man I am backing out. You are so confusing. First your selling a non open source software, then you said you would install and that is why you able to sell it. Then you say.. Your not selling a website, but just scripts and put posted in a "Developed Sites For Sale" area of the forum.
