Script needs template system

I have a blog/calendar script and want to add a template system to it, how can i do it?

i wouldnt mind doing it, but something like this could take a good bit of time... ill have to quote you a price... after i see the source of a few codes... use the messager handles in my profile except ICQ (doesnt work for some reason...) to contact me or email me with my msn handle or even private message me.
