Been watching the status of trademark applications for domain names (inclusive of the TLD) at the USPTO, ever since SCOTUS delivered a positive decision on the Booking.com case.

Yesterday at NamesCon Online, ICA Counsel Zack Muscovitch interviewed attorney David Bernstein, lead IP Counsel to Booking.com and active UDRP Panelist.
