Aren't the only consequences that a finding of RDNH may be held against you in a future UDRP? Even that, I would think, might only matter if the case was really close.

Aren't the only consequences that a finding of RDNH may be held against you in a future UDRP? Even that, I would think, might only matter if the case was really close.
If the case is close then it won't be ruled a RDNH.
