The extension does not kill it, just brings the value down a little bit. ORG is better than WS, Mobi, or Biz. Search google for real estate companies in scotssdale and send them emails. I bet you could get $100 or so for it..

I'm not down on .orgs, although obviously there is a stronger extension.
This is a good flippable domain name. Probable enduser would be the local real estate board or realtors association.

I would expect $350-$500 as a flip.

Right now, with the real estate market doing what it is, there are some clever (and monetizable) ideas to develop .org real estate extensions.

Also, org isn't anywhere in the same universe as .ws/mobi/biz or any other backwater TLDs, so lets not even bother to make that comparison.

This is clearly not a reg fee name. Anyone who thinks this domain is reg fee has no clue.

First of all there are several end users. How about Scottsdale-Real-Estate.org or ScottsdaleRealEstateHomes.org to start with.

Mid - High $XXX to an end user easily.
