Hi guys,

not normally a .tv addict but i couldnt resist grabbing this one. i know there is a .tv forum but i would like some views from the non .tv folk, to say what they feel on this name.

a few tv companies in scotland use .tv as there site, like stv.tv (who are called Scottish TV). Previous owner had it listed for $20,000 on his site

I managed to reg it for $300 for 2 years and $250 for each year after that (was listed at $500 p/a)

Congrats Kev on snagging a beauty - I'm not sure what its worth but in order to cover those hefty yearly fees in the meantime you should really develop it into an all round guide about Scotland - you may be able to get some great advertising revenue perhaps ?

An example of another good one is www.prague.tv which has been going for a while.

haha...got it in one. its really nice despite the gruesome composition, although it is a stereotype...kinda like englands "tea and crumpets"

I was in Scotland a couple of weeks ago and I know what haggis is and I even ate some.
