Are those PR photos from the manufacturer? If so, do you have permission to use them?

1. Stats will be posted this evening as I am at work now and cannot FTP.

2. Those were custom photos aquired from another site months ago. I have also worked with Scion in the past on promoting some of their music contests so there is no issue with the photos that I am aware of.
