I would say mid $xx to high $xx undeveloped...activitysite.com is a great name for a childrens' site, and there are more and more kids using the internet everyday so there's a huge market for it.

Thanks for the appraisals so far.
ActivitySite.com/net/co.uk is going to be developed into a site for teachers, offering free lesson plans and ideas for school activities. It will also include links to poetry/art projects and competitions. The other domains will also point to the site.
I was suprised to find ActivitySite.com/net/co.uk available to register, and I have checked on 'Wayback Machine' and there is no record of them ever being developed.

Any more appraisals welcome.
