Say goodbye to Dan, Dan is the best domain trading platform in my mind, I have never complained about any issues with Dan. Thank you, Dan
I agree. I now have very negative feelings about GoDaddy (and Afternic).Dan was one of the best tools in domain investing and truly, GoDaddy heartlessly killing them off is like losing a friend who helped you through some tough times.

This statement COMPLETELY patronizes us. To hear you must first listen. You do not want our help. You want our MONEY. Nothing more, nothing less. You will do whatever you choose no matter what feedback the community provides. As long as we feed the glutinous PIG that GD has become, you will NEVER care what we think. We're looking forward to hearing from the domain investment community to help us shape the future of Afternic.
That's why I left them. You should too. We all should.I now have very negative feelings about GoDaddy (and Afternic)
Yin and Yang. @Porkbun is the very good pig!! Oink!I like your reference to @Porkbun @internext
I'm seriously thinking about it. Who do you guys prefer overall, Dynadot or Porkbun? That's why I left them. You should too. We all should.
Porkbun (and Spaceship) for me. And FWIW, Atom is developing a new distribution network
I hate the thought but LOVE the word-picture you paint! So sinister and evil. Appropriate!GoDaddy is rubbing their fat, greedy hands together as they lurk around Atom
I have a feeling that GoDaddy is rubbing their fat, greedy hands together as they lurk around Atom.
If GoDaddy comes with an offer that results in 4-5X their investments and enough leftover to satisfy Atom founders, we'll be opening a series of farewell threads to Atom in no time at all.
Some going to Sedo, most going to NP's.
Total going to Afternic- zero!
dan is was awful trading platform afa marketplace goes and made zero sales for most..
Me too. This is a big deal (in my opinion).I absolutely hate you cannot interact with the buyer
I used their nameservers and made a lot of sales mostly due to their next-gen design and features.
At Dan I could kick hobos to the curb in minutes and close deals in hours, while at Afternic it takes weeks to close even a simple negotiation and just as long for the broker to figure out the hobo buyer doesn't even exist.
Selling at Afternic is like moving backwards in time, literally.
but totally suxked for finding and selling our names direct on their market.
But they all do except for GoDaddy, which is why I used Afternic (and GD before they closed) as secondary marketplaces.
But always link your nameservers to the place where you have total control of the transaction and the tools to make the sale.
