I signed up for Saw.com and went through a lot of the features there.

Looks like self brokerage is 9% commission.

Using their brokers like Jeff Gabriel, Brooke Hernandez or Robert Watson to name a few and it's 15% commission.

There are stats and a place to make notes about your domain names.

I spoke to Jeff Gabriel and he said they will be rolling out new landers as well.

They do offer payment plans and while you can't see it now they will will offer the ability to pay using Crypto through BitPay same as Dynadot.

Just wondering if someone could clue me into how the Saw.com Verification TXT Code works?

I had it on the DNS of my submitted domains, but a few errored out with "domains have been already submitted by another user" but without any way to verify them with my code. There seems to be no way to add them to my account.

I even sent a PM to the Saw reps on here at the end of December to see if they could manually add them, but no response.

Hi DomainRecap,

We can get those names approved immediately. Can you please send a message with the email on your account and the domains you have in conflict to [email protected] and we will get them approved asap. Thanks!

Back in December 2025, Mudaraba.com was sold by Adel for $30,000 using Saw.com landers.

@SawComBrokerage once you verified a domain with TXT/NS should stay verified, no matter if you delete after that the TXT or point the NS to some other place. That's how all the marketplaces are and it has logic. It's frustating to verify a domain with NS on Saw just to see it a day later with the "pending" status just because I changed the NS.

yup, I even complained to them about this and they said NS is not required, but I get email after email saying the name is pending because NS has changed.

@SawComBrokerage it would be great if, when we go to Profile Settings > Sales Landers > Apply Settings > All domains, there was an option to keep each domain's custom description unchanged. Right now, changing another setting (for example, disabling Appraised Value for all domains) can overwrite or remove custom descriptions, which is a nightmare.

The second issue: I had to disable the Appraised Value for all my domains because it doesn't work as intended. On some listings it shows an Estibot value that's lower than my asking price.

I mentioned that to Jeff before I saw that happened on a couple of mine. I will message him.

I always check my domains to see how they rank in Saw marketplace, but for more than 12 hours the search is not working, is returning an error. I wanted to contact them, to let them know about this, but I also got an error when I tried to send my message.

It's working now, thank you!

I like a lot of things about Saw: professional landers, everything is fast and just working, great stats etc but out of all these things I like Saw's search because it isn't rigged - if you search for "apple" it will return "apple" not "hub".

It's easy to find your own names with a simple search by "relevance" or if they are not on the first page, by applying some filters. Saw search is great!

Keep up the good work! :)
