I signed up for Saw.com and went through a lot of the features there.

Looks like self brokerage is 9% commission.

Using their brokers like Jeff Gabriel, Brooke Hernandez or Robert Watson to name a few and it's 15% commission.

There are stats and a place to make notes about your domain names.

I spoke to Jeff Gabriel and he said they will be rolling out new landers as well.

They do offer payment plans and while you can't see it now they will will offer the ability to pay using Crypto through BitPay same as Dynadot.

I emailed Saw a few questions about their bring your lead service and they contacted me via email (w/o answers) and instead requested to schedule a chat on the phone. I emailed back saying I preferred to converse via email and 72 hours later, still haven't heard back.

Luckily, instead of waiting I went with Dynadot which offers a completely online custom checkout link service (no need to scheduled phone calls or wait for email responses). The sale closed and my payout should hit tomorrow. All this happened in less time than I've been waiting for an email response from Saw.

Hopefully they bring their program fully online so it matches the competition who allow this stuff in automated fashion (except Sedo who remains in the 1990s). Once that's done, I'll give em a go to (re)test this part of their service.

We looked in all our emails; I dont know your email address, but anything with Namegroove, we do not have a record. Can you please provide the email address you used to contact us, or did you submit an inquiry through our website?

Someone responded (4 days after asking to set up a phone call). The hurdle is that you require contact (and interestingly requested a phone call which caused a >4 day delay).

Meanwhile, for competing services I could do everything online. And in fact, did just that. Completing the whole process in the same amount of time it took you to respond to my email (4 days soup to nuts including payout on Dynadot).

Had you responded immediately I still would've chosen Dyna since it would've cost the buyer more (due to the fact you charge the buyer a 3% credit card processing fee). In this case, the buyer had to pay with credit card.
That's net 8% fees (split as 3% buyer and 5% seller).

You can compare service offerings here (including charges) https://www.namepros.com/threads/me...-links-bring-your-own-lead-providers.1353825/

Perhaps a rethink after you peruse the other offerings?

Either way, thanks for following up

I am confused. Can you email me separately, please, to [email protected] the email address you used to inquire? I won't ask for a call or even respond if you don't want me to. I want to see what happened. Thanks.

I saw an X comment about Saw offering a custom checkout link (bring your own lead) service.
It said you had to contact Saw to use it.
I went to Saw's website and only saw one way to contact you (no email is shown on your website)
Thus, I filled out the form at https://saw.com/contact-us/
Approx 24-48 hours later I received an email response requesting to set up a phone call
I responded that I preferred to handle this via email.
(Not desiring to wait during this slow process... I moved this deal through another platform).
4 days later I received a response from Saw via email (with the answers to my questions).
The deal closed and was paid out in less time than it took Saw to respond to emails (never mind set up a checkout link).

Thus my suggestion to move the process online. Except for Sedo - everyone else allows it to be completed online (and even in Sedo's case there is a fully functional online form - although you have to wait for a response after submitting it).

If you still want to chat after this, I'll send you an email

Does anyone have success with SAW? I asked them multiple times through their support form if they could promote domains without pointing the nameservers to them since I am selling domains that I want to keep active for potential trademark issues. I assume they don't, but you'd think they would have had the decency to respond, unless their form doesn't work. Then last week I was contacted, unrelated to my question, about one of my domains by "Kris Hou", I replied - a few times - but again crickets. Not very professional, I'll never use them now. Very frustrating, and very rude.

I can confirm that both their authoritative nameservers NS1.SAWSELLS.COM and NS2.SAWSELLS.COM are not responding with the required NS & A records (SERVFAIL status).
