I signed up for Saw.com and went through a lot of the features there.

Looks like self brokerage is 9% commission.

Using their brokers like Jeff Gabriel, Brooke Hernandez or Robert Watson to name a few and it's 15% commission.

There are stats and a place to make notes about your domain names.

I spoke to Jeff Gabriel and he said they will be rolling out new landers as well.

They do offer payment plans and while you can't see it now they will will offer the ability to pay using Crypto through BitPay same as Dynadot.

When you add your domains in the add domains section you can download the CSV and select your minimum offer amount.

Does (or will) Saw allow branding on their landers? I have come to like having logos and descriptions on my listings.

Thanks
We have a whole slew of new landers coming out soon. We will allow descriptions, but no logos yet! That might in round two a few months later. I think you will like these, though.

but no logos yet!
By the way, I'm not suggesting an automated logo process is necessary. For those of us who like to stage our names like this, we can find a way to get logos done.

Thereโ€™s more to consider here. First, thereโ€™s the potential for consumer confusionโ€”are they reaching out to Saw.com, expecting communication from the company with the logo, only to be directed to a chat with a seller or a broker? If follow-ups come from Saw.com instead of the expected company, it could create uncertainty. While proper design could help mitigate this issue, the bigger concern, which weโ€™re discussing with our attorney, is the liability risk. If someone uploads copyrighted material or illegal images to the logo page, Saw.com could be implicated in any resulting complaints from law enforcement or rights holders. Adding a simple image upload is not a big deal technically, but it could have significant implications.

You may want to have a look at how the other marketplaces are doing this.

DomainEasy, Atom, even NamePros allow uploading images on a large scale, and DAN also did so before they discontinued their services.

I look at our competitors regularly.

Jeff Gabriel sent out an email that provided updates coming to Saw.com. Improved stats, seller broker integration and new sales landers to name a few.

Here is the full email:

Our seller broker integration is now live! Some of you may have already seen it in action over the past few weeks, and weโ€™ve been working tirelessly to make it as intuitive and effective as possible.

This new integration gives you the power to maximize the value of your domain portfolio while seamlessly collaborating with our expert brokers. Whether youโ€™re a self-broker looking for occasional support on specific leads or someone who wants to leverage our full brokerage service for all inbound inquiries, this tool provides the essential data you need.

You can now price names effortlessly, counter offers, and communicate directly with the broker working on your leadsโ€”all in one place.

In addition, weโ€™ve launched phase one of our traffic statistics improvements. I understand how important accurate traffic statistics are when pricing a domain name, but blocking legitimate buyers by mistakenly identifying them as bot traffic is something we would never want to do.

With the guidance of an industry-leading consultant, we have made key adjustments to achieve that balance, ensuring you get the most precise data while keeping inquiries open to real buyers. It is not perfect yet!

Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s next:

  • Expanded payment options โ€“ Weโ€™re adding crypto, Alipay, Apple Pay, CashApp, and region-specific payment methods based on the buyerโ€™s location.
  • Higher payment limits โ€“ The maximum transaction limit on most payment methods is increasing from $5,000 to $10,000, while bank wire remains unlimited.
  • New sales landers โ€“ Expect fresh, optimized landers that provide more relevant information to buyers, helping you increase conversions and better qualify inquiries.
  • Continuous improvements โ€“ Many of our upcoming changes are inspired by feedback from you, our valued customers.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Our goal is to make this the best domain marketplace and brokerage in the industry, and we couldnโ€™t do it without your support.

Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions or suggestions.

What's going on with the statistics? Average visitors is no longer showing. Also Average traffic sometimes shows the top 10 countries.

We did a small update and had some issues; then, we thought we had the bug squashed... It came back again. This will be fixed very soon. Our apologies!

Guys, I cant see the visitor stats since around 2 weeks. I had written to saw support about this for around a week but have received no reply.

Hi Amit! We discovered some issues about two weeks ago fixed them then a new one appeared late last week. Since we are on the cusp of releasing our next release of more accurate traffic stats we decided not to fix the old version and release the new. I thought I would be ready to go today but it is looking like tomorrow or the day after. Sorry for the delay.

Additionally, we searched our support queue for someone named Amit asking about traffic and have no inquiries. You can email [email protected] directly if you ever have an issue in the future. That goes for everyone here. Iโ€™m always around as well [email protected].

Thank you!

Saw.com provides updates on traffic and other improvements

Saw.com provided an update on their landers and how traffic on your domain names is getting greater accuracy. Traffic Update: Accuracy, Improvements, and Whatโ€™s Next: The number one priority of a sales lander is to resolve quickly and seamlessly across every possible deviceโ€”from mobile phones and desktops to even a Commodore 64 if someoneโ€™s still using [โ€ฆ]

It's completely unprofessional to address your business partners in this manner @SawComBrokerage.

I'm not sure what kind of dark subconscious you have, but you've missed the fine line between being sympathetic and violating the boundaries.

Who here is currently using Saw? Any thoughts you can share?

Thanks.

I emailed Saw a few questions about their bring your lead service and they contacted me via email (w/o answers) and instead requested to schedule a chat on the phone. I emailed back saying I preferred to converse via email and 72 hours later, still haven't heard back.

Luckily, instead of waiting I went with Dynadot which offers a completely online custom checkout link service (no need to scheduled phone calls or wait for email responses). The sale closed and my payout should hit tomorrow. All this happened in less time than I've been waiting for an email response from Saw.

Hopefully they bring their program fully online so it matches the competition who allow this stuff in automated fashion (except Sedo who remains in the 1990s). Once that's done, I'll give em a go to (re)test this part of their service.

Good to hear you found a good fit.

I'm actually all for phone calls but only if I'm talking to someone who can get things done and hopefully in real time. I'm not interested in emailing, chatting or voice with any middle person who just relays everything to a higher up.
