so more newbies opening no accounts to post same issues... all roughly at same time... in various threads... it's like 4 or 5 people now.. this is getting weird.

I highly recommend you watch your wording as I see this as defamation vs what is actually happening. You are making conclusions based on your OWN experience and again it's awesome that this did not happen to you but it does seem you are indicating someone is creating accounts just to back-up Sav on this for some reason.

I have been a member here for a while, please let mods check if any duplicated accounts are made, it sure as hell isn't me.

I think what @alcy is questioning is how are all the new members finding namePros to talk about this issue.

Is there a link somewhere talking about the sav issue being discussed on nP leading new members to create accounts or ...?

Curious to hear from the new members on how they came about joining nP to discuss this issue ... Long time lurkers, first time posters?

Personally, I am well aware someone could be creating these accounts, so I am solely referring to my situation ONLY going forward, I wouldn't post a complete list of the domains in my account if I were to be aware of any "abuse" going on.

In fact, I added my LinkedIn profile with the post I made regarding Sav, and also included my portfolio of domains listed on Atom including most of the Sav domains in the account.

And you can't make this up.

I am also well aware this isn't going to be the solution but I have done business with members on here, and there in my life-span never has been a situation where I would even think of getting an entire portfolio locked, within a reason given other than abuse reports.

I have also made it very clear I am willing to co operate within the law to sort this situation out.

It seems some nameservers for my account have come back, which yet again makes no sense from communication within Sav that I am completely blocked and it's a final decision to get renewal emails even hinting and upselling a .info

I don't have time for this, It's just absolutely wild.

yes for sure this need be checked by mod. I have seen 50 time in np when newbie posters blame registrars for things which are their fault in the end. like u say its iimportant the mods check it. for clarity and integrity of sav and np and everyone here. plus many like me use sav and with reports like this we also begin to worry whether it's a bug that can randomly happen to anyone or something else. that's why its important to check deeper and talk about it versus keeping mouth shut like u threaten people to do.

I did not threaten "people" it's rather the fact that you are indicating assumptions of "people" making duplicated accounts which can indicate that that person is me, so I say it again please watch your wording with that, I am well aware that one person can blow up while they are in fact in the wrong and go crazy to get some quick "payback" towards a company that potentially did nothing wrong.

I get your point but I don't want to be associated with that.

I register domain names to sell, not to abuse and sell... ?? doesn't even make a whole lot of sense.

I feel it's also important to know that I am communicating with SAV directly, but this needs a bit more attention as when you get replies such as attached.

Assuming you would love to wait until Monday than another 2 to 3 business days for a reply, while domains expire, Atom automatically removing the domains and still with no insights what so ever.

I am posting here, in the hopes things can be speed up, a explaination can be found.

In the background it's weekend for everyone, all in all it's just a mess.

Nah, this is not a bug or anything. This is an ICANN policy. Most registrars do suspend domains that receive an abuse report. The problem with Sav is that they easily believe reports, even those with photoshopped proofs. I never had any domains suspended, but I had a client whose business domain was suspended by Namecheap.

Look a suspension on a domain that is possibly hacked on a server end and is getting abuse reports is very logical, it could be an isolated incident, it could be as simple as an outdated WordPress website being used for whatever purpose, a security-related issue that can be solved.

But to go about it like this,

Dear Registrant,

Thank you for choosing Sav.com for your domain name needs.

Following a thorough review of your domain portfolio and the associated abuse reports, we have assessed that your account poses a high risk. Consequently, we have disabled your domains and locked your account. Please note that this decision is final and will not be reversed.

Let me emphasize on:

Please note that this decision is final and will not be reversed.

There are hundreds if not thousands of agencies, and hosting providers using domain registers/ reselling for clients, possibly into the millions in domain names.

Simply put, this is for me absolutely out of line.

EDIT: seeing some domain names being placed back to atom/squadhelp nameservers after a written note on the claims and value that will be taken into consideration as listed on Atom premium.

This has to be some sort of joke.

I don't get it.. who would photoshop abuse of their own names or are u saying some folks act on revenge towards others by faking abuse reports so those others get suspended??? I guess in competitive world of website traffics etc this could be.. conceivable... weird as it seems.

Yes, Some people make up abuse reports to take down someone else's domains. It's pretty common.
Here https://abuse.sav.com/sav fake report your domain for spamming, wake up the next day, see it for yourself.

well normally it cant be that easy else anyone could report anyone and we would see tons of names banned. llike u know buyer makes u offer 10usd and u say 10k.. and he doesnt like that so he reports domain... or previous owner forgot to renew and u reg it and he not happy so he reports etc
... so yea thank god it's not so simple to get banned... so what exactly are the options here ... bug... fake reports... what else? I seen weird on sav but this is very weird shit

Ask them for auth. codes for the domains most precious to you sure it will cost you $'s so do the highest value ones. I'm pretty sure even if you can't use your account they would have to give auth. codes if requested.

Isn't that the content on hosting side should be banned and not the domain itself?
Because the domain is just the street address and not the house built on it.
