There are pure GEOs and there is a market with two local folks (DAVE@IMPEL lives in SARASOTA and SHOWBIZ lives in IOWA) who could buy these domains and have geo proximity advantage.

We have a market. A willing seller and two potential buyers. Dave is even an end user and I will throw in BRADENTON.TV as a bonus if SARASOTA.TV sells.

I don't NEED these domains. Would I use them if I own them, sure.

Sorry local, no can do right now. As I said in the other thread, I would love to own it so I could package it with all the suburbs of Des Moines I already own.

Perhaps after the auction we can do business, so in a good way/bad way, I hope you would still sell in a couple weeks.

I can only imagine that a package deal of a capital city and all it's rich suburbs would be a nice package indeed.
