I would like to get some professional opinion about the value of the domain name: SantaOffice.com

I know it is very seasonal domain name and Christmas is long way away but once that season comes then there is well over hundred thousand exact searches for the phrase. I know it is very competitive but if the right seo is done it can be very profitable, anyway that is what I think. Can some more experienced people give me their opinions please.

It isn't worth much (if anything) as an undeveloped name. I like names like this, though. I've been telling myself that this is the month I'm finally going to do something with eSanta.org, but never seem to get it done :D

Oddly enough, iSanta.com is falling off and actually on GD expiration auction.
