Do you use email open notifications to see who opens your emails and how many times?

1.When I don't get a reply I like to followup like 3-5 days latter.... sometimes you got to be persistent.
2.Wait 3-6 months and followup again... I got sales that way also. Timing is everything and they may not be able to buy the first time you contact them.
I had my portfolio for sale with Uniregistry brokers all last year, and they are crazy about following up and calling people...

Thank you for giving me advice on follow up because I kinda suck at that part of it when the domain doesnt just sale. I have bought 28 domains in the last month and half and I have sold 8 of them.
So, I need to get much better at that side of the business.
I also at some point want to have my own domain portfolio website where I can post testimonials.
Do you have your own domain website or Facebook page?
I have noticed that I get a lot of calls and most that call are ready to buy ASAP.

I did build a wordpress theme and I use my own CC processor for payments.
No I don't use escrow or any other 3rd party unless the buyer requests it...very rare.

Hi, thanks I appreciate the congratulations. Its been a crazy month and a half. I started this back in 2013. I bought a few BAD domains and never sold any. So, around mid January I decided I wanted to try this again. I bought infosec3's video course about Geo plus keyword domains and searching them businesses on Google. My first sale I bought TulsaStaffingAgencies.com and marketed to all the Tulsa staffing agencies the next day. Within an hour I had a buyer and my first sale at $300 using Godaddy to push the domain to his Godaddy account. I was like wowwwww, I paid reg fee for that domain, lol. I was hooked after that, lol!!!

I really like your website, that is how I envision my domain selling site to look. I really want the testimonials. Great job with the site and I see you buy similiar
domains that I like to buy. I see you have some Cloud domains. I sold CloudSecurityTesting(dot)com for $1500, do you think that was too cheap?

I would like to add you on Facebook if that is ok with you? How long have you been selling domains?

I have been selling domains since 2005ish...
I don't usually make my sales public and I sold hundreds and hundreds of names.
I think CloudSecurityTesting as a 3 word name you priced it right for OUTBOUND pricing...
