geoskeywordcombo = no value for years now

we let over 10K geokeyword drop few years back

a combo, no one will touch it other than a desperate end user and end users for home terms in Newark a depressed city, sure won't want home'search'

newark homes maybe

anyway, without no development geo keyword(s) are actually penalized now by google it's why we dropped thousands of them

you're better off having a keyword and hang geo directories around it than owning a pure geokeyword

they original owner probably had 100 or more cities with homesearch

he probably sold some way back when when geo keywords were selling

this is one he didn't sell for good reason, Newark is a ghetto for the most part

for years my tech company had an office in the Crown Building across from Trump Tower on 5th Ave and I lived in Fort Lee

So I know Newark pretty good, other than the Airport you try to stay out of it

Not worth anything IMO
