Same name for a redirect page that TM company uses

Hi NPers,

If:

<generic product><action>.com is a redirect to a well-known TM company's website that has none of the same words as <generic product><action>

and you held the same: <generic product><action> in another tld

and found that <generic product><action> is not TM

Would you be in the clear?
