$6 for a lesson learned. Not a bad deal in my book.

You have a year to recover your money.

Well, I think there are ppl who may express interests. We'll see.

I'd have to agree with everyone else on it being below reg. price.

You might find someone to take it off your hands for free.

I am not qualified to appraise names but I think that is a fair call.

Wasistdas I assume you are new to domaining, don't be ashamed we all learn from our mistakes and also from the mistakes of other people as well B-)

Rule #1: Names are normally worth more without hyphens
Rule #2: More than one hyphen often kills the name

The exception would be for search engine optimization purposes, where you would hyphenate the words like this: domain-name-registration.
But the shorter the better.
Here each term taken separately has no real meaning (one letter).
Treat this name as a novelty item. I agree with what has been said, it's worth nothing :gl:

creative... you >never< know.

why don't you dev. it - throw up some scotland content/links etc. and see what happens in the SERPS - might pick up number one somewhere. :gl:

name only = i'm gonna say - you'll get your reg fee back.

good luck.

Now come on, that's being a little overly genorous

I usually refrain from posting in appraisal threads but this one caught my eye as being possibly the worst domain name I've ever seen on NP. So I guess that's atleast one positive thing in it's favor.

The best you could hope to get from this one is the learning experience as a few of the other respondents have mentioned.

Good luck with your future domaining ventures.

A novelty buy.

Maybe give it to the Scotland Tourism Board (if they have one, or if that's what it's called).

In the right hands and with the right promotion it could make for an interesting TVC (television commercial).

"S hyphen C hyphen O hyphen T hyphen L hyphen A hyphen N hyphen D... We wanted to make it as memorable an occasion for you to type in our web address as it is to visit our beautiful country."

:D

Too bad you couldn't get the -_-c-o-m hyphenated as well :) j/k

Maybe all this negative interest to your name can be used for something positive...

At least it attracted some attention. You can peddle it as the "Worst Domain Registered Ever" or any of the other descriptions some members freely offered here.

In the end, it's still worth $6 bucks since you paid that to reg it.

Be more careful next time. ;)
