We filed a request asking the clerk to enter judgment against four of the seven defendant's for failure to reply in 21 days as required by FRCP (Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure).

We filed the Complaint 12-01-16. Had the Sherrif serve the local defendants 02-23-2017.

"more than 20 days have elapsed since the date on which the defendant were served with the Summons and the Complaint and the defendant's have failed to answer and have failed to otherwise defend and have failed to serve a copy of any answer and have failed to assert any defence which they might have had upon the plaintiff."

This was filed with the court 3-23-17.

The Next Step that I have to do is to file a Rule 55(B) motion asking the judge to enter judgment on the clerks entry of default.
