Rss question

Hello i have a fun blogsite that is part of my learning , i had a look at it today and there was a comment '????rss????' so i guess i need to add a rss feed ? is that correct ? i did install a wordpress plugin but i cant see any rss icon on the site

I am sure no big deal to some people here , but i have no one to ask ?
