I was wondering if the above domain has any value! I know the .biz extension has some value but not that much but it's a one word that describe a specific niche. Any thoughts on this?

.biz extension can have some value, but with this keyword, I do not feel it can fetch more then mid XXX, and probability of resale is very slim.

Just a quick check showed that there are a lot of businesses with the name 'ropes'. Its a .biz which lessens the value, but they are still sellable at a lower price.
