I think this domain is worth around $30-$70 undeveloped.
Yes, it can be developed.. so it will definitely worth more..

This type of domains(movies genres type) are mostly registered and have good development potential..imo

Yes. However, keep in mind that domains have 2 values: enduser (selling to the ppl who want the domain to build on) and reseller (selling to the ppl, like investors, who want the domain purely to resell). Resellers typically pay far less than what an enduser would pay. I could see this selling for around early/mid $xxx or higher to an enduser but if you sold it to a reseller, it might fetch about $50. If you don't need the money that bad, I'd set up an Amazon feed with it & promote the hell outta it. You might make more from the domain that way.
