I don't know if this is it, but you can give it a try.

If you go to the whois for RogerClemens.com, it gives a Grand Cayman address, right?
Well there's also a telephone number on there. 3459490256, as Gazzip stated.
If you type that number into Google with dashes 345-949-0256, It comes up with a Cayman Islands Condos website at CaymanOnline.com.

If you do the whois on CaymanOnline.com it gives you a name and email of:

Ian Dodgson ([email protected])

Or you can even use the "contact us" link on that site as another alternative.

Try it and see if it's him.
