About the 2 scripts.
The first script is a MEME generator. It has pictures and you can write text on top of them, mostly for funny jokes. You can choose font, font size and where the text goes in the picture. It then provides and shortened link to the picture that the user can use.
The second script is a random image script. When you go to http://rofl.us/rofl.php then you get a random image. If you click the image you get a new random image. You could also include urls in this script so that everytime you vist rofl.us/rofl.php you would be sent to a random url. The "random" pictures and urls are in a list that you create.

BOTH SCRIPTS DO NOT REQUIRE A DATABASE!
