Read More.Italian company Roberto Industria Alimentare S.r.l. wanted the domain name Roberto.com really bad, so they filed a UDRP to take it from its registrant, Reflex Publishing. It didn’t turn out that well. Among the arguments that the Respondent’s attorney, John Berryhill, delivered included a reference to the Italian variant of the domain, Roberto.it; it’s not owned by the Complainant, what a shocking surprise.
