The registrant and operator of the domain Perfume-Oils.com was hit with a UDRP filed by Scentsational Shoppe, Inc.
The Complainant’s mark PO PERFUME OILS was registered in 2018 for “Retail . . . and online store services featuring fragrances, soaps, incense, air fresheners, lotions.” The mark is stylized and the Complainant asserted that the Respondent’s domain infringes on their mark; however, they failed to provide information on exactly how this is done.
