.ro registry down?

I have tried eurodns, eurodomains, and they are both not working for .ro... is it down or do any of you know a reliable registrar that is working for .ro ?

It's back up now...

However does anyone know where to get cheap .ro, a place thats reliable as well?

The lowest I have found is $80 EUR at eurodomains.com, anyone have a better site or a coupon code for .ro?
