This site seems to be so blatently ripping off myspace and even the images and links are all directly from and hosted by myspace. How are they getting away with this and whats the point? Besides stealling passwords.

it's because on myspace bulletins it's very rampant the selling of accounts and also of bulletin posting, if they're able to steal from someone with 10K friends, then they can sell it while waiting for buyer, they can sell myspace bulletin posting or "whoring" (forwarding to a friend or referring to friend) services.
