domain RiseLA.com - got someone sniffing - pls help me set a price

G'day fellow domainers!

I recently picked up RiseLA.com from one of NameClerk's available names lists (thanks mate!) and suddenly I've got an email from someone who's interested in it. Could you please help me come up with a fair price to ask?

I was thinking that a likely use of this would be something focussed on Los Angeles (LA), but haven't really thought too much about it.

Any suggestions on possible uses and what you reckon would be a fair price to asked are very welcome.. I'm guessing that six letters pronouncable with the major US city abbreviation would be worth something, but I'm only pretty new to this so any help would be great.

Me just being paranoid or "carefull" There are so many scams where they approach people (usually with low post counts at forums) ask for a price, then they ask for an appraisal (which you should NEVER PAY FOR) they point you to somewhere for an appraisal, you pay $30 or $40 bucks, he gets commission and you never hear from him again.

You're out $40 for a worthless appraisal and still have the name.

I do not know this is definetly the case with this one, just trying to give you a "heads up" as many people have been scammed by this and it is a shame.
