I would say its worth mid $xxx what sales/traffic are you getting?

The domain by itself might be in the high $xx region, but with the site it's got to be in the mid $xxx region. You might want to transfer the site to a paid domain hosting plan though... It looks more professional, plus it's less hastle to the buyer if you do sell it (you can transfer the existing hosting account into their name).
